The first Express Entry draw in February invites PNP candidates, i.e., Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has held another Express Entry draw and issued new Invitations to Apply (ITAs).
In this draw, the department invited 423 candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
To qualify for this round, candidates needed to meet two main conditions:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 749
- An Express Entry profile created before 10:30 p.m. (UTC) on December 16, 2025
