PNP candidates get Express Entry PR invitations, i.e., Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued new invitations to apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system.
In the latest draw, the department invited 324 candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
To be eligible for this draw, candidates needed to meet the following requirements:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 786; and
- Created an Express Entry candidate profile before 6:53 p.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on November 19, 2025.

This draw is the eighth PNP draw held in 2026. It is also the twenty-first Express Entry draw this year. PNP draws have been held regularly and remain the most common type of draw under Express Entry.
In 2026 so far, IRCC has mainly focused on candidates who are already in Canada. This includes those with provincial nominations and those who have Canadian work experience.
