A total number of 33 candidates’ potential of immigration to Canada, received invitations to apply for a permanent residency Visa.
Quebec Regular Skilled Programs released the invitation round of this month that will select candidates who will apply for a permanent residency in Canada.
The candidates who will be applying for a PR will be expected to file an Expression of Interest in the Arrima pool for the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration or MIFI.
The invitations sent on November 11th called for applicants who particularly lived in Quebec and had a job offer outside the vicinity of Montreal Metropolitan. The applicant might be a diplomat, UN representative, consular, or representative of the cross-government organization that is based in the province.
The recent Draw is consecutively the 12th draws of 2021 and also the second smallest draw in the province. In the second half of the year, almost 500 immigration candidates had been invited. ITA for Canadian PR that was sent out via the provincial draw was 3,256.
About Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program.
The program is for the workers who have the skills or talents that will provide stability to the economy for the province. A Quebec selection certificate will be sent to the candidate if the process is successful. After this the candidate with the help of the federal government can use this to apply for PR.

2022 targets have been revealed by Quebec. The candidates who will be applying are going to have to enter through the economic immigration programs of Quebec:

- Quebec experience Program
49,500 to 52,500 immigrants are expected for the 2022 selection plan for the immigration levels, around 18,000 applications are expected to arrive for making up the admission level that wasn’t filled in the 2020. Approximately 70,000 new immigrants are going to be welcomed according to plan for Quebec in the year 2022.
