The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program Express Entry Category is a modified PN, meaning it’s linked with the federal government system for Express Entry. To be acknowledged for the stream, the candidates will require a profile in the system.
The application manager for immigration is known as Express Entry. The three economic-class immigration programs are:
- Federal Skilled Trades Program or FSTP
- Canadian Experience Class or CEC
- Federal Skilled Worker Program or FSWP
Qualified candidates are scored in the CRS or Comprehensive Ranking System on the basis of:
- Work Experience
- Education
- Language Proficiency (English and French)
- Age
The candidates of Express Entry who receive a provincial nomination are given 600 points in their CRS score and are given the guarantee for an ITA or Invitation to Apply for a permanent residency under a subsequent draw of Express Entry.
To be acknowledged for the provincial nomination from the province, the candidates of Express Entry are required to create an EOI or Expression of Interest profile with Prince Edward Island PNP.
Expression of Interest points is allocated on the basis of the unique points grid of the province. The candidates with the highest score are later invited to apply via the monthly draws.
What is the Labour Impact Category?

Solicitations that were sent out were allocated under the work permit stream, that’s been designed for the entrepreneurs who want to open their business in the province.
