British Columbia and Prince Edward Island shared the PNP results recently. Most Canadian provinces and territories operate through a Provincial Nominee Program to issue invitations to skilled immigrants. However, Quebec and Nunavut tend to remain exceptions. The local government selects specific immigrants, considering their skills that will help combat the ongoing labor market and demographic requirements. Notably, Quebec appears to be the only province with special power over the selection of local economic immigration. Also, this province is always seeking Francophone immigration. It has a special agreement with the immigration department; therefore, it doesn’t function through a PNP.
British Columbia and Prince Edward Island shared the PNP results between April 13 and 19
