Express Entry draw invites healthcare workers, i.e., Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued another round of invitations to apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system.
In the latest draw, the immigration department invited 4,000 candidates under the Healthcare and social services category.
To qualify for this round, candidates needed to have:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 467
- Created an Express Entry candidate profile before 6:22 p.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on December 9, 2025

This draw is the third category-based selection round and the tenth Express Entry draw held in 2026 so far.
It is also the first Healthcare and social services draw of the year. IRCC continues to give priority to workers in this field because Canada still faces labour shortages in health and social care roles.
So far in 2026, Express Entry draws have mainly focused on candidates already living in Canada. Many invitations have gone to those with provincial nominations and Canadian work experience.
