Four provinces in Canada issued provincial nominations. Candidates were selected for their professional experience, general eligibility, as well as secured employment for provincial immigration.
Note: Each Provincial Nominee Program uses its own scoring system to assign eligibility points to immigration candidates. These scores are not comparable and were only within the context of a specific PNP.
Provincial Immigration Results: September 6th to 13th
Four provinces in Canada issued provincial nominations. Here are the results for the same. Take a look!
1. British Columbia
On September 10th, the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program invited candidates via the Skilled Worker International Graduate stream. The draw invited candidates with professional experience in in-demand occupations the province seeks to fill. Also, the draw was in alignment with the Express Entry British Columbia option.
Candidates had varying cut-off scores under this draw, depending on their professional experience.
- Childcare: Workers must have a minimum score of 83
- Construction: Workers must have a minimum score of 89
- Healthcare: Workers must have a minimum score of 99
- Tech: Workers must have a minimum score of 117
- Veterinary: Workers must have a minimum score of 80
2. Ontario
On September 10th, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program held three draws under its ‘Employment: Job Offer’ streams.
The first draw occurred under the Employment Job Offer: International Students stream. Around 806 applicants were invited. To be applicable, candidates must have a minimum score of 67 and a job offer in a listed health profession or skilled trade.
The second draw occurred under the Employment Job Offer: Skilled Trades stream. Over 15 applicants were invited. They need to have a minimum score of 67 and a job offer in a listed skilled trade profession.
The third draw occurred under the Employment Job Offer: In-Demand Skills stream. Over 647 applicants who had a minimum score of 34, along with a job offer in Ontario that met the employment offer requirements of the stream were applicable.
On September 12th, the OINP held another provincial selection under the Human Capital Priorities stream, inviting around 1,269 applicants. In order to be considered, candidates required a minimum score between 414 and 444, as well as work experience in selected healthcare roles.
3. Manitoba
Four provinces in Canada issued provincial nominations, out of which Manitoba was third.
On September 12th, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program held a provincial selection under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream.
Over 206 candidates had Letters of Advice to apply under this draw. Candidates were only able to apply if:
- They held present employment in one of the following professions: Cooks (NOC 63200) or Chefs (NOC 62200)
- They or their spouse had completed post-secondary education in Manitoba
Of the 206 candidates invited under this draw, over 21 declared a valid Express Entry profile number,

4. Saskatchewan
On September 12th, the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program held a provincial selection under the Occupations-In-Demand stream. Over 32 candidates were invited under this draw.
Candidates must have a minimum score of 88, an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA), or a degree from a Canadian post-secondary education, as well as presently be holding employment in one of the following NOCs.
- NOC 0012: Senior managers, financial, communications, and other business services;
- NOC 10010: Financial managers;
- NOC 10011: Human resources managers;
- NOC 10021: Banking, credit, and other investment managers;
- NOC 11101: Financial and investment analysts;
- NOC 11109: Other financial officers;
- NOC 11200: Human resources professionals;
- NOC 12010: Supervisors, general office, and administrative support workers;
- NOC 12102: Procurement and purchasing agents and officers;
- NOC 20012: Computer and information systems managers;
- NOC 21220: Cybersecurity specialists;
- NOC 21221: Business systems specialists;
- NOC 21222: Information systems specialists;
- NOC 21223: Database analysts and data administrators;
- NOC 21231: Software engineers and designers;
- NOC 22220: Computer network and web technicians;
- NOC 22303: Construction estimators;
- NOC 41200: University professors and lecturers;
- NOC 41210: College and other vocational instructors;
- NOC 41405: Education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers;
- NOC 42202: Early childhood educators and assistants;
- NOC 43100: Elementary and secondary school teacher assistants;
- NOC 60010: Corporate sales managers; or
- NOC 70012: Facility operation and maintenance managers
