So far, in 2025, IRCC has issued a total of 74,485 ITAs through the Express Entry system.

What This Means For Candidates?
The trend shows that CEC and French-language draws remain a big part of Canada’s Express Entry system.
CEC draws are helping international graduates and workers already in Canada move toward permanent residency.
The CRS cut-off scores have stayed steady, meaning competition remains strong, but candidates with Canadian work experience have consistent opportunities.
For those in Canada looking to apply for PR, staying informed about upcoming draws, score patterns, and IRCC policy updates can help improve your chances.
