IRCC holds another CEC Express Entry draw in two weeks., i.e., Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has held another Express Entry draw, inviting more Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates to apply for permanent residence in Canada.
In this latest draw, IRCC issued 1,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to CEC candidates.
To be considered for this round, candidates needed to:
- Have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 533
- Have created their Express Entry profile before 3:39 a.m. (UTC) on October 17, 2025
This was the second CEC draw in two weeks, showing that IRCC continues to give strong attention to candidates already living and working in Canada.

The latest draw on November 10 was a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw, followed by a CEC draw and a French language proficiency draw on October 29.
So far in 2025, IRCC has issued 82,223 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) under the Express Entry system.
The data shows that most draws this year have targeted PNP candidates, while others have focused on CEC candidates, French-speaking applicants, and priority occupations such as healthcare, education, and trades.
