IRCC holds another PNP draw in October, i..e, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted another Express Entry draw this October, inviting more candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
In the latest draw, 302 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued to candidates who had provincial nominations.
To qualify for this draw, candidates needed:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 761
- An Express Entry profile created before 2:14 a.m. (UTC) on September 26, 2025

This is the fifth Express Entry draw in October. It follows a Healthcare and Social Services draw held on October 15, a PNP draw on October 14, and a French-language draw on October 6.
So far in 2025, IRCC has issued 73,485 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through various draws.
This year, IRCC has focused mainly on Provincial Nominee Program draws, while also holding category-based draws for French speakers, healthcare workers, and other priority sectors.

The latest Express Entry draw shows that IRCC continues to focus on PNP candidates with higher CRS scores. While fewer in number, these candidates already have strong connections to Canadian provinces.
