IRCC issues invitations to Express Entry PNP candidates, i.e., Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has once again issued invitations to apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system.
This time, a total of 291 invitations were sent out in a draw dedicated to Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates.
To qualify for this round, candidates needed to have:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 855
- An Express Entry profile created before 1:25 a.m. UTC on April 8, 2025

With this round, IRCC has now conducted 18 separate PNP draws in 2025 alone.
