IRCC issues invitations to Express Entry PNP candidates, i.e., Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has once again issued invitations to apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system.
This time, a total of 291 invitations were sent out in a draw dedicated to Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates.
To qualify for this round, candidates needed to have:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 855
- An Express Entry profile created before 1:25 a.m. UTC on April 8, 2025

The latest PNP-focused draw on September 29 is the seventh Express Entry draw of the month, underscoring how active IRCC has been in managing immigration invitations.

With this round, IRCC has now conducted 18 separate PNP draws in 2025 alone.
