IRCC modified the CRS score from 511 to 510

The previous all-program draw under Express Entry was held recently. The CRS score was initially 511 but further reduced to 510. The changes took place on the same day as was originally published on the website on September 14.

The CRS score of 510 is higher if we compare it to the other CRS score until now, but it remains the lowest one since the all-program draws resumed on July 6, 2022.

IRCC published its updates regarding its ministerial instructions on Wednesday. The website page initially informed that the minimum score was 511, while several individuals reported that they were receiving invitations to apply with a CRS score of 510.

An all-program draw under Express Entry clearly implies that eligible candidates had the opportunity to receive invitations to apply. The Express Entry works through three main streams or programs namely, the Canadian Experience Class, the Federal Skilled Worker Program, and the FSTP.

These all-program draws paused in December 2020, while eligible candidates received invitations through CEC and Provincial Nominee Program. However, later on, in September 2021, CEC draws also stopped.

IRCC all-program draws returned to normal on July 6 with comparatively lower CRS standard cut-offs. The cut-offs revolved slightly above 500.

On the whole, Canada received at least 40, 785 immigrants through the Express Entry system. The 2022-2024 Immigration Levels Plan suggests that IRCC is likely to receive as many as 55,900 Express Entry immigrants.
