PNP candidates receive ITAs in the latest Express Entry draw, i.e., Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has once again invited candidates to apply for permanent residence through the Express Entry system.
In the latest round, 345 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued to candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) category.
To qualify for this draw, candidates were required to meet the following criteria:
- A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 778
- An active Express Entry profile created before 7:58 p.m. UTC on July 17, 2025
This draw is part of Canada’s ongoing efforts to prioritize skilled workers who have received provincial nominations, as these candidates are crucial to supporting local labour markets and addressing specific economic needs.

This latest round marks the 19th PNP-specific draw in 2025, reaffirming the government’s strong focus on supporting provincial immigration programs.
PNP draws have made up the largest share of all Express Entry rounds this year. This trend follows a reduction in provincial immigration allocations in 2024, pushing provinces to rely more on targeted nominee programs.
October alone has already seen three draws:
- A PNP draw on October 14
- A French language proficiency draw on October 6
- A CEC draw on October 1
So far this year, IRCC has issued 70,683 ITAs through the Express Entry system.
