Saskatchewan announced the commencement of a new pool for EOI. That is specifically for health care personals from foreign nations.
Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) will hold the pool and handle the application for this new plan. SINP could be considered as Saskatchewan PNP.
This new process is not an application for SINP. Instead, it indicates that the applicant is interested in working in the healthcare industry in the province. This is a pre-application form that gives you priority when the province is looking for health care professionals. That might aid your goal of immigration to Canada.
Saskatchewan’s immigration department will determine the eligibility of your form submission. And if they find that you possess the skill required to meet their needs, they will connect with you to let you know about the further procedure. That will help you land job offers.
If you are able to land a job offer, you become eligible for International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer or the Hard-to-Fill Skills Pilot under SINP.
The immigration website of the province provides information on creating EOI profiles for interested applicants. To generate an EOI profile, the applicant should have a background in some specific professions. They are mentioned below with the National Occupational Classification (NOC) code.

International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer
If the applicant is already present in the country, then they should have legal status. They need to get a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) point of at least 4 to become eligible for this stream. Furthermore, as we mentioned above, they should have a job offer. Also, that job offer should be only from an approved business owner/employer. Within the last ten years, they should have worked at least for 12 months in the relevant field for which they intend to apply. If your profession needs licensing, then you ought to deliver proof that reflects your eligibility for the province licensure. Last but not least, they will have to get at least 60 scores in the assessment grid (from 110).
Hard-to-Fill Skills Pilot
This pilot was launched the last month and was a piece of significant immigration news. The job offer requirement remains the same as the above one. The CLB and job experience requirement also remains the same. However, here they need to meet the minimum education requirement as well. And if they do not have one year of experience in the relevant field, at least six months of experience is required as a professional in the province.
