Exceptional Cases of PGWP
There are a few exceptional cases in which an applicant is granted a post-graduation work permit even though he/she is ineligible.
- If the applicant has completed the program before the actual completion time.
- If the student grants a leave from the program
- In case of transfer of student to an institute of DLI from a non-DLI institute for at least 8 months.
